Cabaran Kempiskan Perut

Assalamualaikum semua..

Sudah 2 hari berlalu dengan cabaran kempiskan perut menggunakan asam jawa. Saya banyak google cara caranya. Tapi saya pilih yang paling senang iaitu air asam jawa. Sebelum tidur rendam dua sudu asam jawa dalam segelas air panas. Kacau bagi larut dan biar semalaman. Pagi esok boleh minum.

Saya rasa perut saya meragam lepas minum air asam jawa ni. Dia macam simptom cirit birit tapi bukan. Mungkin air tu tengah membersihkan perut daripada toksik kan. Hmm mungkin.

Oklah. Baru dua hari try. Kita tengok result sebulan ye. Jangan lupa lakukan side dish plank dan squat untuk mempercepatkan proses itu. ☺
